Dedicated to the memory of Andrew Dawson

This site is a tribute to Andrew Dawson. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

Andrew passed away peacefully at home on 19th October, aged 68 years. He will be very greatly missed by all his family and friends.

There is to be a private family funeral, with a celebration of his life held at a later date.

Pepe and James at the football, Pepe wearing the scarf James had just bought him. And belief it or not Oxford won!

One of the many happy occasions we enjoyed with Andrew. He was always such good company, He was enjoying a doom bar and a carvery.

Andrew at Richie's stag do, with a rare win on the horses. it was the night before he had one too many and lost his phone and glasses!

Luckily there is no sound on this photo. "Shirleys" dog Monty, who used to growl at Andrew and steal his side of the bed, kindly getting himself stuck along the Greenway In Stratford.

Andrew begrudgingly "saving" Monty who had kindly jumped into the river Avon.

Andrew with Katie and James, he loved all his grandkids.

Andrew and Scooby chilling. He spent a lot of time with Scooby and loved him, but was less keen on our rabbits.

Andrew was always great fun and loved nothing better than playing with the Grandkids.

Andrew pitch-side at the Kassam, he enjoyed this day, apart from the match which was a drab 0-0 draw.

Andrew loved his bike, cycling to work and he met me when i cycled to their house in Abingdon, unfortunately we waited an hour for each other as we met at the wrong place!

Andrew joined us on many holidays, Centreparcs, camping and even Trecco bay!

Dear Andrew. As father in laws go you were simply the best, and i am proud to call you a close mate of mine. I am so lucky to have spent a lot of happy times with you over the years (and even the odd few at the Kassam). It won't be the same without you and i will miss you a lot. I hope the bar is well stocked high above with Doom Bar, Guinness and red wine. RIP your never be forgotten.
